Submission of Camera-Ready Copy
There are several relevant aspects in the process of preparing and submitting the camera-ready version. Please analyze in detail the following instructions and remarks:
Please prepare the camera-ready copy of your paper following closely the instructions on the Springer website, at Information for LNCS Authors
Please complete and sign the Springer LNCS Copyright Form (one author may sign on behalf of all the authors of a particular paper), using the following information at the top of the form:

Springer requires your submission as a collection of source files, together with a PDF file for checking.

Pack your source files, together with a scanned completed copyright form (unless the form is being faxed), into either a ZIP (.zip) archive or a gzipped TAR (.tar.gz) archive. In order to upload your source files and copyright form, access the ICA2009 Paper Submission Website
.Full papers may be up to 8 pages in length, including figures and references. All works should be in single-column format, using a font no smaller than 10 points (except for the abstract, in which a 9-point font may be used). Please, read carefully the instructions present in the LNCS homepage – which also contains LaTeX and Word templates – and keep in mind during paper preparation that they must be strictly followed:
